Ive been using this app for a couple of years now and I like its flexibility Having the csv off and receipt photo options helps me get my reports done on time              Great flexible expense tracker

I was traveling in Thailand and had an issue that was resolved in an hour I love this app It makes it easy to keep track of and sort expenses I dont always have my computer but I always have my phone Worth 10 times the price                 Outstanding Customer Support

Great app or would be if it converted to the right currency I paid the 5 for this app just based off the reviews and currency conversation and that function isnt working Really disappointed        Doesnt do currency conversion

Cant say anything more meet most of my need mileage feature is Cool receipt is cool report is ok but you have the flexibility to customize your own that that is Super helpful I wanted to Give a 10 stars but still waiting for the new release and hopefully it will include accounting feature or at least reconciliation and account transfer You should tried it out for yourself I spent hundreds of dollars for many other apps but they were not like this one Sincerely                 9 stars apps

I already loved this app As a selfemployed person I have kept a notebook of business mileage for the last 25 years so this was a revelation Recently in pursuit of an unrelated issue they performed a factory restore at the Apple store When I got home and attempted to restore my files from my iTunes backup none of my text history nor XpenseTracker data were restoredTerrifying I wrote an email to Scott at XpenseTracker and I presto have all my files back This required a number of creative strategies and no small amount of help and explanation on his part Great customer service great company great app Thanks a trill                 The Best

Really                 Does what I need it to do

Although easy to track I have difficulty getting the files exported to my desktop Most of the time cannot connect to server when exporting CSV files Emailing the files has never been successful for me        Not that great

Now I am able to control my expenses right away take a photo of my receipt and forget about the accounting part At the end of the month I print my report or export it to Excel and I just wait for tax time Great                 Awesome app

I cant even remember what its like to do expense reports the old fashioned way Using XpenseTracker has completely changed my efficiency at doing expenses Highly recommended and responsiveness to resolving problems is amazing almost unheard of                 Excellent App and Customer Service

This app is a handy one I keep a track of my mileage and expenses for work The ability to take a picture of your receipt and save it as well as export it to an excel spreadsheet is very useful especially when you have to file taxes at the end of the year since everything is already kept for you So easy to use and customizable to whatever your needs are Very highly recommended as a useful tool for business                 Must have for business owners

Ive been using this app for a long time I have expenses logged that date back to 2011 I love itI recently went shopping and used the app to find information about past purchases It worked beautifully I recently acquired another apple device Scott helped me to get the same information on the second device He responded very quickly I was concerned about backup since i am putting so much information into the app There are several ways to back up the information There are several ways to display the data you have entered category Merchant and Payment among others I am not a techie although I did start with Palm organizers Get this app                 You wont need another one for these tasks

I have used this app since 2011 and it has always served me well I have had to have some technical support a couple of times during this period and it has always been prompt and even better the problem was resolved Recently I was preparing my tax reports and discovered that something was wrong with my client list Certain ones would cause a crash I emailed Scott and he had me send him one of the files When he got done with it I installed it and the problem was gone Its really comforting to know that help is so available                 Support is awesome

This app makes keeping track of expenses so easy I found a bug and the developer took care of it right away Great app great support                 So much easier

After trying 6 or 7 expense tracking apps this one has become my go to This app supports the building of customized lists of categories vendors clients purposes I was able to name and order the expense Categories in a way that conforms to my employers expense reimbursement form The ability to photo and edit receipts is priceless and the report is easy to read and displays more of the descriptions than other similar apps This app helped me get caught up on my expense submission for reimbursement Thank you                 Customizable usable and generates readable reports

This is an excellent real world business app My employer really appreciates it for saving her time              XpenseTracker

I have run into one problem with this app When you are entering an expense item using the ipad mini and its sidewayswhen you get to the notes field which I use sometimes the keyboard covers the notes field and I dont think there is a way to move the field up where you can see it You have to turn it in the vertical posiiton to write a note                 adding notes using ipad

First I am sure many of the high rating are from employees of this company It is not a user friendly app with so many options your head will spin The first report I did I found out you need multiple add on at 99C each and it did not calculate the tips I entered It did not total the expenses by category and leave one looking at my old system and thinking man it that simple and give all I need Save your money and do your expenses of excel and just take pictures of you receipts Save yourself the money     Business use

I wanted to love this app I need something that can be exported into a report for work related reasons This does do that but after quite a bit of swearing and time of which I dont have on my hands This app is not easy to understand and it isnt what I kept reading about in other reviews I feel conned out of money and am seriously bummed     So bummed

Last night I was organizing my data in order to begin the task of completing my tax documents It was the first time that I would use XT reports to substantiate my expenses Since my business is mobile tracking and accurately reporting mileage to the IRS is essential For a number of reasons I couldnt get the reports formatted the way I wanted them Feeling helpless I emailed Silverware the App Developer who responded decisively and immediately to my request for technical help He was more than responsive and he even offered to design and send me a template to expedite my ability to generate the report I needed So to add to my previous 5star rating I give this company Six Stars for EXCELLENT customer service Oh by the way the builtin mileage checker is a fantastic tool Previous Review This APP is GREAT Im so glad I have it If I could suggest an improvement it would be to add an option to auto input for repeat activities For example if I visit one of my clients at the same location on a weekly basis Id like to be able to simply enter a repeat Additionally Id like to be able to delete in this case a single exception while preserving the remaining sessions                 Superior Customer Support This is a MUSTHave APP

I use this app when I travel for a large Fortune 500 company Without it I know Id forget out of pocket expenses while on business trips The developers have thought of everything and the tech support is great I travel both domestically and internationally so this works for both types of travel expenses When my trip is over I export it to email open it in Excel and check each item off as I enter it in our companys expense tool I just wish my company would get with the times and let me import the file                 Keeps Me On Track I Love This App

Every year doing taxes is overwhelming This app makes it easy to track expenses as they occur Buy the backup feature Wish there was a way to a add a description which applied to all categories rather than category specific As a couple we both pay for things on a trip and want to know who paid for what We have to add Our names to EACH category to select it How about a switch that a description or merchant is category specific or applicable to all merchants or all descriptions That would be a five star improvement              Finally an easy way to track expenses

This is a great app for tracking expensesand income if desired We are using the app to track expenses on a crosscountry RV tripunique categories can be added as needed Updateadded OCR and location tracking at extra cost as options Consider both worthless OCR doesnt work 99 of the time Havent seen any advantage to location trackingcant even figure out what it does              Almost Perfect

Edit 71315 Customer service rocks Had an issue with a backup and got help very quickly My go to app for expenses Being able to keep track of mileage for my business was one of the main reasons I got this app Now since IOS5 I cant add mileage Please fix this I am not sure what else is broken but this is a BIG deal Until then NO STARS but Im unable to rate 0 stars                 Customer service rocks

Ive been using this app for a few months now to track incomeexpenses for my small business This app saves me so much time its ridiculous Scott the author is always there when you need him I have absolutely NO reason to look for another app for tracking First rate                 Excellent App

This app is very convenient and configurable You can take photos of your receipts anyway but this app allows you to notate as little or as much detail as you want whenever you want So if you do it immediately you never worry about forgetting what that charge was for It also handles file attachments compiles a list of your common vendors and descriptions so you dont have to retype them exports the report in a user configurable format and provides cloud backups Also I had a problem with the app once on Easter and I emailed the developer He replied pretty fast with a fix and an gracious apology There is one slight negative that Ill mention but it goes away once you understand the app And I admit I havent asked the developer about it If you create a very large report it will slow down the performance of the app However I found that once you complete the report and archive it it can be removed from the app memory and life is good once again Last point it would be nice if they add a web based interface for use on Pc Mac for convenience when youre sitting in the office or hotel This is hardly a show stopper for me and some would argue its not really necessary                 Very helpful application
