Not sure what happened but after I recently upgraded the app I no longer can export clips from Local Files iPhone 7 iOS 11 1     Local File Export doesn t work after upgrade to V1 3 on iPhone Potty-guy

The playback on this update is awful Crashes a lot and the fast forward doesn t work at all The old version was better     New update is horrible Little perfect angel

Screen view does not work very well with iPhone 7 IPad version works quite well but on iPhone I don t have bottom screen icons in vertical mode and in horizontal mode right side of screen is cut off I have to rotate it back and forth to get functionality             Works but Haner H

The operation of this app is a bit odd but overall it is very easy to launch and view multiple sites easily My biggest gripe is the playback feature the UI needs to be refreshed for better filtering of time frames Setup should be left to a professional who understands networking port forwarding DNS servers If that doesn t make sense to you better call a service tech                     Quirky Music Master 45

Developer needs to update app to be more compatible with newer versions of iOS Can t use more than 2 mins before phone gets hot and battery drains too fast It s been over a year time to take care of your customers         Needs updates G_Babb

I can t access it except at home Really useless When my contract is up I m changing back to Comcast Crazy I can t access it on wifi or cellular when out and about when I would need it Can t believe for how much we paid we can t access it via this app unless at home Poor quality     Horrible Had hopes it would work Tstar2016

This app would be very much improved for the following reasons 1 enable the ability to use fingerprint reader so one doesn t have to type in a password each time and 2 bmBe able to save settings without having to go to home or away to activate the cameras         Not very user friend robcampe

Difficult navigation and more often than not has a login time out even when on wifi You would think that a company like ADT would have a reliable app     Not user friendly JH1763

App works well in home mode using my home wi fi to access camera view However when away from home and trying to access cameras in away mode using differently configured settings that in the home mode the app times out and does not connect or the app automaatically closes and will not launch The app is useless if I cannot view cameras when away from home Very frustrating     Cannot get app to work in away mode LOvemYMac1

too much work to show cameras viewing live cameras take too many steps please make it so you can launch into your live camera stream without having to choose every time     it works but dohdohdohmah
