Spothero has made parking downtown Chicago easy at bargain rates We purchased season tickets to Broadway in Chicago and easily booked nearby parking for 1012 for 8 hrs I am still in shock how easy it is to find parking Type in where you are going and the bargain options appear instantly The process of parking and exiting are equally convenient We had one incident and that got resolved quickly and efficiently too                 Amazingly easy to use

I hate circling the block looking for parking spaces while Im trying to be on time for a meeting or attempting unsuccessfully on Google to find which is the cheapest parking garage with available spots nearby Also hate parking in twohour spots and then having to come outside and move my car several times a day This app has literally been the answer to my prayers I recently had to park for several consecutive days in SF and was able to reserve a spot and extend my reservation as I needed avoiding having to move my car in the process Very responsive customer service too I once called after hours and they called me right back within 10 min                 Has made my parking life in San Francisco SO much easier

I used the app to park at Chicago Loop for 4 days everything worked perfectly I paid 75 for 4 days the actual amount when I was going to exit was 135 a saving of 60 Great App                 Chicago Loop Parking

First time user for CubsPhillies yesterday 72615at Wrigley Worked great Arrived at lot attendant asked if I had a reservation through SpotHero I gave him my confirmation number he gave me a dash tag and we parked Paid 25 to park 2 blocks from the ballpark in a school parking lot SpotHero price was 5 less than the 30 drive up price Easy out after the game Having the parking question settled ahead of time really makes for a more enjoyable event experience                 SpotHero is the way to go

Ill be honest in saying I have only use this app once With that said it was a great experience Easy to use and save me money And let me tell you Gosh do I hate paying for parking So any relief from that is a welcome thing Way to innovate in the market                 Worked like a charm

Ive ran into issues w parking attendants the app charging me but not completing the reservation and much more Customer service can be pretty helpful and quick though           Good rates but so many issues

The pricing on this app are fraudulent It said Id be paying 13 at a certain garage and I ended up paying 36 Id hate for that to happen to anyone else     Dont use this app

the app lacks filter options such as inout privileges it also does not allow sorting options such as by price        no filter options

The spot hero app is innovative amazing and works so incredibly well I rarely review apps or gush about how great they are but the creators of this app deserve my praise On a recent trip to Philadelphia they made downtown parking not only much easier and much less expensive I parked 2 blocks from my hotel for 12 the price as the hotel parking lot they also were available by phone to address our questions and to change our reservations as our plans shifted during our vacation Its impossible these days to get anyone on the phone But at spot hero everyone we spoke to was not only knowledgeable but so friendly and courteous it felt like a trusted friend was helping us save stress and money when visiting a new city The app is extremely simple and straightforward to use Payment was quick and easy Checking out of the parking garage at the end of our stay was a breeze and the instructions so easy to follow Hooray to spot hero for taking the nightmare and ridiculous expense out of city parking Im glad I discovered it on this trip and Ill never do any city parking without it again                 Amazing App for city parking

Awful Misleading The app directed me to google maps and the garage it directed us to said after a full Day at Navy Pier that they werent a spot hero garage Wth Screwed out of an extra 45 to park 66 total Never using again and recommending others do the same     Advertised 16 payed 66

I dont spend a lot of time in the city but when I travel hotel parking is always a ripoff This app allowed me to park at a hotel near OHare for 800 vs the 2400 the hotel was charging Keep up the great work easy to use and free                 Amazing App

Ive been using Spot Hero for four months now and I have to say that Im growing more suspect and disappointed in this app In the beginning I would have given it 4 Stars but over the past few weeks parking rates have risen sharply by 50 Whats more troubling is that some of the places where I have parked at great rates no longer show up on the map but are still available IF you know how to find them I have also tried to book a spot at a lot wa great rate 12 only to be directed to one ACROSS the street for 18 What makes this suspect is that there were AMPLE OPEN spots in the 12 lot AND THE marked Spot Hero spots WERE OPEN While Spot Hero is a great idea Im thinking that its gaming the system Buyer beware indeed     Beware of Steep Parking Rates

This app is terrible I reserved a parking spot and when I got there the lot was full They charged me for the parking even though I was unable to park I called to get a refund and they agreed however its been a week and still no refund posted to my credit credit     This app is TERRIBLE

After having a great experience with SpotHero just 2 weeks ago for Lallapalooza I am now deleting it from my phone Tonight I found a spot in the loop for 12 Little did I know that was only good for 3 hours When I went to leave I had to pay another 35 So I ended up paying well above what any regular rate at the most expensive parking ramps would have cost Sorry but I am better off finding my own deals Thanks but no thanks SpotHero        Bait and switch

We went for chocolate festival and all the parking garages close to Ghirardelli were temporarily full but with Spot hero we found parking two blocks away and for 15 for 4 hrs Parking garage was temporarily full but because we reserved via hero spot we were allowed                 Best rate ever in SFO

I drove to Chicago to see a show and needed to park while I was out and about I used SpotHero and was able to park for 6 hours for only 5 in a lot that would have charged 24 for that time period It was very easy to use once I found the right lot Loved it                 Easy to use and saves
