Good app especially for cape cod I find sharks very interesting animals of the sea and I love shark week This is from the Atlantic White Shark Conservation and shark week had a few episodes where researchers were there in cape cod and some of the guys Greg Skomal were wearing some stuff that had the AWSC on it I thought that it was really cool                 4 5 stars missy100%

Definitely a 5 star app when NOTIFICATIONS are working Going on vacation to Cape Cod We really need these alerts I ve tried everything Under NOTIFICATIONS EVERYTHING IS TURNED ON Last Summer NOTIFICATIONS worked fine and we were grateful since there were many Shark sitings and alerts Will update review if I get NOTIFICATIONS working or there is an update that fixes this You still get all the sitings on the map Just no warning             NOTIFICATIONS NOT WORKING blueoysterdvp

I read a story about a shark that is 200 yards off the coast of Belmar NJ but Sharktivity app tells me there are NO shark sightings on the entire NE coast Does this app only show sharks that are tagged     Where are the sharks Tuner Dude

Not helpful in the slightest and doesn t even seem to work correctly most of the time Not user friendly Notifications come in all the time but then often you can t pinpoint where the shark is and you can t even find the right icon on the map Banner notifications will notify of predation and beach closure but when you open the app there is not a single sighting for the day Lots of timing out too         Kinda a waste of an app JDPosch

Love the idea and was excited to use but the app really doesn t work Either the server is unavailable or the ssl connection timeout etc Basically I see errors and no information about the Sharks Perhaps a capacity issue hope the app will be made to work     Nice concept but app doesn t work surfun4fun

Living in the cape area it s amazing to understand the rise in great shark activity Although the app is new the daily inputs are exciting and will grow into a huge database of shark sightings that can be used to understand their trends App is clean and straightforward with daily weekly monthly markers for each sighting A fun app for any curious person who lives around the cape                     Great information Matt/Elena G

Unlike other reviewers I used the app for a week before making a judgement Yes it crashed for a couple days but it s working now and it s great First off it s FREE As a surfer I like that the app gives me an idea of where shark activity is higher and seems like it will only get better with time more sightings Also I like that if you see a shark you can submit your own sighting Very cool                     Great app SUPingTheCape
