They have some good coupons but the games Bubble Pop and Spin Win are fixed If you cancel a mobile order for instance you stop winning prizes in the games I cancelled 2 mobile orders early last spring because I just couldn t get out of work for my break and I have not won a prize since My mother on the other hand wins about 12 prizes per month prizes are pretty good candy bar bottled drink gum ice cream bar They don t respond to any feedback submitted via the app either I still love their coffee but I hate games that are so blatantly fixed and that what this app has     Fixed Smoolalala

App is slow it freezes or crashes a lot power perks often does not work have missed out on about 10 cups of coffee because I don t want to hold up the line at the store waiting for the app to load or unfreeze We deserve better     Needs serious improvements THORough20

It s nice to be able to order my breakfast on the way to work so it s ready when I pick it up The app has some nice features like being able to earn a free coffee However I don t understand why I can t order the hash browns online It is not an option for online ordering so I usually order my sandwich and hope that they have some prepared in the store already You also have to click through 6 or 7 pages of add ons when trying to order a sandwich It would be nice if they designed a more convenient way to do that             Ok Needs improvements Diana621

You can make new friends while standing around Quick Check talking about how this app doesn t work Although I think it is commendable that Mr Quickcheck gave some elementary students a chance to create an app     Great way to meet people Aaffuu

I appreciate that you guys have attempted to give us a loyalty program but the execution is terrible From what I gather we re supposed to get a QR code to scan at the register from the cashier however my QuickChek has self checkouts which I would prefer to use instead If I use the self checkout though there s no way to scan the QR code If you guys want to make this as easy as possible on not only your customers but your employees as well perhaps print out a unique QR code at the bottom of the receipt or even better take a page out of Speedway s Speedy Rewards program Give us a rewards card through the app even with a unique barcode which we scan at the register automatically logging our coffee purchases on the card Once we rack up the 6 coffees a coupon would then print out or go into the coupon section on the app and we can then redeem it No annoying QR codes no need to make checking out a longer process and no need to make it difficult for self checkout users to receive their perks         Where are the perks Cyrus Parker
