I ve used several medical portal apps in keeping up with parents disabled daughter and other family members This is the worst I ve used Lab results are not in consecutive date order and no way to sort Takes forever to get results posted This app needs some work     Worst medical portal app Dandee63

You can t do 1 2 of what you can do in the website Nine times out of ten when you send a request in for a prescription refill the doctor ever gets it And now it won t even open I even deleted it and reinstalled it I just wish my doctor would use different portal system         This app is terrible Riveter1578

I have this on my laptop no problem signing in to my portal for contact Dr The app on this website was downloaded on my iPhone I am unable to sign in it does not recognize my username or password I can use the same username and password on my laptop no problem Cannot sign on using iPhone any ideas would be great otherwise I do not recommend wasting your time with this app     App does not work well Inch1962

Choice of this application for patient use reflects badly of the judgment of the medical professionals that chose it for their practice It is horrifically poor Patients would be better off with an email address for the practice     Horrifically bad application Goofgoo

Whether on laptop or mobile Ok for communicating with dr office but not too user friendly vs other patient portal sites I ve accessed Most times need to request health record for current update That label record is misleading vs update Which I ve requested 3 times in past week and nothing yet One would think it would access server and wha la Update automatically Results have shown unknown from one link accessed from another Dates jump from 2016 back to 2014 back to 2017 and back to 2014 quite frustrating to navigate Any filters Frustrating overall Cannot on the site find a contact to voice opinion question A manual Yep there s that for help No bodies apparently One would think they d want to improve product But hey no complaints no problems And the online contact at the medical center Only if non portal questions If portal issues points to doctor office I think they may have more important things going on Like patients One star only for email All else I need to call anyway     Bad portal design Jerseygirl49

I use a complex user ID for got security Need to offer Touch ID support All my other medical apps do Also doesn t seem to offer much as many features not available with my doctor     Lacking Touch ID support CurtisFinney

When it s working it s a great tool however it s constantly freezing I receive error try again later message Will not load inbox messages Very frustrating to say the least     Freezes julybreeze
