Accounts are not updated on daily basis all the time and daily changes should also be updated when accounts are updated Overall the app is getting better and better Daily updates Magaton

Im glad mass mutual finally got around to creating an app for retiresmart accounts It gives me all the info I would look for in an app and it is just good not excellent as a freshman app The developers need to test all the functions with the iPhone 6s because the screen view under the more section is not very compatible All in all Im glad I can finally view my portfolio balance on my phone without going to the website There is finally an app

This app needs a lot of work It is extremely limited in its scope While it is useful to see your balance and investments there is a lot more people look for in an app What about being able to access your account activity checking on outstanding loans or changing investments Younger generations especially get apps so they can do on their phone exactly what they could do on a computer just in a more convenient manner This does not encourage that demographic to be retire smart Needs work

The only good thing about this is the Touch ID and portfolio allocation view Other than that the lack of the portfolio daily change is horrific I have no way of looking at my entire portfolios daily performance much less each individual fund unlike T Rowe Prices app I want to see the performance depicted both a numerically and graphically Terrible
Nice app Quick reference of my balances is very helpful Much easier than going to website View only but I would rather use the full website to make changes Very helpful

I have been waiting for years for MassMutual to get around to releasing a retirement app Its about time It is really easy to want to slight them for the app lacking basic bells and whistles however for me the app worked and simply showed me my accounts TouchID would be nice as well as the ability to adjust investments however Ill take this and hope they continue to improve it in the future Good freshman effort
App doesnt let me log in or does not display my retirement account at all just a blank list Get this fixed Doesnt work
This app provides just the basic information of your account Very out of date UI with no TouchID Please update a app so we can do more from here Useless Out of date UI no TouchID
Clean design and gives me exactly what I need about my account quickly Great app
After turning on Touch ID it will work fine for awhile but it eventually quits working It says login failed I then have to enter my username and password again A few more features would be nice maybe a graph of the balance history Please fix Touch ID support
