There is no way for me to enter credentials to be able to VPN in to the necessary network unless I am blind and I m not seeing there seems to be no way for me to enter a username and password only option is to enter the network server It s useless     Completely useless Xubean

This version crashes 100 of the time after I ve input a server I can make it work if I delete the app re install input server username pw then it will crash but the VPN will still run After that though I cannot do it again until I repeat the process     Crashes softbacon

The past 2 updates cause app to reject server security certificate due to verification error unless I remove the credentials then reenter them every time I use the app This is an inconvenience for my team         Cannot save credentials for auto discovery xxtermurxx

Tried pressing Disconnect in the app turning VPN off in Settings and even closing the app but it always comes back up And for the few moments it s down it appears to disconnect my wifi No way I m going to leave a tunnel open around the clock so deleting the app till you guys fix it     Can t stay disconnected jc_iii

This app worked as expected on IOS 9 and earlier releases I just was issued an iPhone 6 running IOS 10 and the app just keeps prompting me for my vpn server and login credentials over and over without connecting Hopefully it will be updated soon to fix this     Doesn t seem to work with IOS 10 RichS1023

It works well enough but the biggest frustration is that you can t switch apps on an iPhone while the RSA password prompt is up meaning you need to first go to your RSA remember the token no time to write it down then as quick as you can go to GlobalConnect and login and enter the token before it expires Very frustrating and completely unnecessary             Annoying Modals mean RSA very tricky GeoffGVillage

The App works as designed and as configured on your PAN firewall Device connects quickly able to access all remote network devices Users that aren t able to disconnect most likely are connecting to their VPN gateway that is configured for users to not be able to disconnect disable VPN This is typical for enterprise environments where enterprise policy requires constant VPN connection If VPN gateway is configured for on demand mode then just hitting disconnect on the App ends the VPN session as designed I have not tested two factor so nothing to weigh on previous users experience                     Works perfect in My Setup EricRTP

I never rate apps but this one makes me rage I m in IT and need this to work when I m on call and can t get to a computer This will bother you non stop every 5 seconds to connect if you disconnect The popups prevent you from seeing the screen or switching apps so if you use 2 factor you have to close the popup activate 2 factor and hope that it pops back up in time If you close the popup for 2 factor you have to log in again And start the cycle over again The Cisco VPN client is 1000x better no hassle no nags just works     Can t rate 0 stars MrManiacal

This is like the most poorly designed app ever No doubt their VPN technology is great but you will get the worst user experience with this app You can t disable VPN and when you press the Disconnect button for whatever reason they have it it will reconnect back within 1 second automatically Magic isn t it And if you remove your username and password so that it cannot connect automatically you will keep getting a pop up asking you to sign in It gets annoying enough for you to uninstall the app Please PAN could you fix it     Can t disable VPN Sarsau

PC version works not on the iPad There are so few options settings that all you can do is accept the inevitable it just doesn t work I collected the debug files but the information is just a pile of meaningless programmatic garbage Maybe next time     Oh well mathjk2017

If you didn t have to delete the app in order to restore phone function when for whatever reason VPN is unavailable it would be 5 stars As it is I m not precisely sure why you cannot disable the client but you can t     Impossible to disable Tayschrenn
